International Orders

We ship internationally to all countries outside of the United Kingdom. Orders can be placed on our website for delivery to countries within the European Union, however we kindly ask you to contact our Support Team to place your order if you require shipping to a country outside of the EU.

Please note: the minimum order value for shipping outside of the UK is €250.  


European Trade Requirements

To ensure a smooth transition of your goods through customs we will request that you provide an EORI number and confirm our incoterms at checkout.

EORI Number

Your Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI) is a required by customs to track the movement of goods between the European Union and the United Kingdom. Please be advised that we will ask you for your company EORI at checkout. For more information, please refer to the customs administration of your resident country.

Although part of the UK, orders to Northern Ireland will also require an EORI number. This number will begin with ‘XI’, however, if you hold an EORI number from another EU country, an XI EORI number will not be required.

Incoterm Agreement

Incoterms are globally recognised conditions which govern the sale and purchase of goods between Harrison (the seller) and our European Customers (the buyer). Incoterms determine the roles, responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities placed upon each party involved in the transaction. 

The Incoterm agreed with sellers will dictate which party is responsible for: 

  • Paying for the transport of goods. 
  • Organising export and import formalities including the payment of any duty and VAT. 

The incoterms we offer is DAP (Delivery At Place). Therefore, Harrison will process the Export Customs Declaration and pay for transportation and storage. You (the customer) will process the Import Customs Declaration and pay import VAT and import duties; your delivery country may charge a customs clearing fee for administration, this normally ranges from €10 – €20 depending on the country.

Payments 

For orders via our website, we can accept payments via the following global providers: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. 

We can accept payment in either Euros or Pound Sterling currency, please select your preferred currency at the top of the page. We do not charge VAT when exporting goods outside of the UK, VAT is charged at your local rate. However, as part of the United Kingdom, orders to Northern Ireland will be charged VAT.


Shipping & Delivery 

We are pleased to facilitate shipping on our website to all countries within the European Union under Delivery at Place (DAP) Incoterms. The order cut-off time to dispatch deliveries on the same day is 3:45pm (GMT) Monday to Friday (except UK Bank Holidays).

Northern Ireland 

We offer a 2-day service to Northern Ireland (£15 delivery charge), your order will be sent via DPD who provide tracking updates by email.

Currently, the UK and Northern Ireland are operating under a free-trade agreement; however, to ensure a smooth customs process, please ensure that your EORI (XI) number is provided.   

European Union

We offer delivery to all countries within the European Union using our dedicated courier, DHL. Delivery timescales are dependent on the destination country as detailed below and charges are calculated at checkout.

  • 2 Days: Republic of Ireland
  • 2 – 3 Days: France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands
  • 3 – 4 Days: Spain, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic
  • 4 – 5 Days: Italy, Portugal
  • 5 – 6 Days: Finland, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Lithuania, Romania, Estonia

Rest Of World

We are able to facilitate shipping to countries outside of the European Union, please speak to a member of our dedicated team via support@harrisonproducts.com to process your order.


Returns 

We believe in excellence and work hard to make sure that only the highest quality items are sent out for orders. However, if you are not satisfied that the items you have received are of our usual standards, goods can be returned to us up to 28 days after your order has been delivered. Your return will be subject to a handling charge after 7 days from delivery. 

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer a collection service from addresses outside of the UK. If you would like to return your goods from outside the UK, delivery to Harrison’s UK distribution hub will need to be arranged at the buyer’s cost and sent to the following address: Harrison, Unit 420 Bramley Drive, Vale Park, Evesham, WR11 1JH, UK.
