Service Disruption Update
Due to snowfall across much of Scotland, northern England and the Midlands, there is a small impact on DPD's deliveries and collections in those areas.
Any delivery delays in these areas, and any others that may develop throughout the day will be shown on the DPD website which you can view here.
DPD are working hard to minimise the impact of these weather conditions, however if you have any queries about the status of your deliveries then please contact a member of our support team on +44 (0)1451 830 083 and we can update and advise you further.
Orders are checked for stock availability at the time they are placed. Where there may be any potential delays to orders, we will provide updates accordingly. Should we be unable to deliver, we will let you know by email or by phone.
Please take into consideration that all packages must be signed for when filling out a delivery address; our couriers may charge for repeat delivery attempts if no one is available.
Deliveries to UK destinations are sent via DPD on a Next Working Day service if placed before 4pm via our website or by 5pm when ordering over the phone, Monday to Friday. As part of this service, we will confirm your order via email and you will receive real-time tracking updates from DPD throughout the delivery process. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day, for delivery the following day.
The below delivery methods are available to choose from at checkout:

- Next Working Day Pre 10:30am
- Saturday Next Day Pre 12pm
- Saturday Next Day Pre 10:30am
For orders requiring a palletised delivery, we use a network of third party couriers. We offer a same-day dispatch service if your order is placed before our cut off time; however, next day delivery can’t be guaranteed with transit times estimated between 1-2 days.

Qualification for Free UK Delivery:
To qualify for our free UK Next Day Delivery service, the following must apply:
- Net value of your order is over £150
- Items ordered are from our stocked product range (this includes all items that can be bought on our website)
- Delivery address is within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands
Prices remain the same for deliveries to the Highlands & Islands. However, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery.
For orders to Northern Ireland, we have a flat-rate £15 delivery charge for a 3-5 day service; these packages will be sent via DPD which provides tracking updates by email.
Currently, the UK and Northern Ireland are operating under a free-trade agreement; however, to ensure a smooth customs process, please ensure that your EORI (XI) number is provided.
We are pleased to facilitate shipping to all countries within the European Union under Delivery at Place (DAP) Incoterms on our website, including:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
For more information on how we process your order and the documentation required, please see our International Orders page. The order cut-off time to dispatch deliveries on the same day is 3:45pm (GMT) Monday to Friday.
Our minimum order value for shipping outside the UK is €250. Our dedicated EU courier service is DHL, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
