What Are Neodymium Disc Magnets?
Neodymium Disc Magnets are small, flat, round magnets made from N35 grade neodymium. They fit inside cases, box lids and acrylic panels to create a hidden magnetic closure, so there's no visible catch or clasp.
Neodymium is the strongest type of permanent magnet commercially available, so even the smallest discs in the range hold firmly. Each magnet has a nickel-plated finish that protects it from oxidation and gives a clean silver look.
Diameters run from 5mm to 14mm and thicknesses from 1.5mm to 5mm. Pack quantity depends on size. The 5mm and 7mm discs come in packs of 200, and the 6mm, 9.5mm and 14mm discs come in packs of 100.

How They Differ From Self-Adhesive Neodymium Disc Magnets
Harrison Products also stocks Self-Adhesive Neodymium Disc Magnets. The main difference is how you fix them.
- Neodymium Disc Magnets: Plain discs with no adhesive backing. Press them into a drilled recess or bond them with your own adhesive for a flush, hidden finish.
- Self-Adhesive Neodymium Disc Magnets: These have an adhesive backing, so you can stick them straight onto a surface without recessing or extra glue.
